How do I contact you?

Feel free to email us any time at lipprints@suddenlinkmail.com, or call us during our business hours at 
(580) 233-3241. We’re open Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:30pm CST.

What is your turnaround time?

A proof will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days of you placing your order. Once you approve your proofs, your order will be printed and shipped out in 1-2 business days. The shipment will then take an additional 1-3 shipping days to reach you, based on where you’re located.

If you need your items sooner than this, please call us to discuss expedited shipping. We are always willing to accommodate your show dates!

I have a show coming up fast! Can you overnight my order?

Yes! When placing your order, please check the “rush” box when you put in your information. We will gladly put a rush on your order for you, but keep in mind that you still need to be available to approve your proofs in the next hours after you place your order. You’ll also need to cover any overnight extra shipping charges.

Does PDQ Printing work with SeneGence International?

No, we’re an independent print shop equipped to help distributors create promotional material for their business. We have no association with SeneGence International.

I’m a new distributor and I don’t know where to start. Any suggestions?

Congratulations! Our best-sellers are our tips and tricks cards, all of our brochures, our re-order labels, and our referral cards. If you’re just starting out your business, you may want to also consider ordering from our selection of business cards

Can you give me the same order as my upline?

Sure! Just send us a message with their name, your customized information, and we will duplicate their order for you.

I have a logo I want to include on my cards – how do I send that to you?

When placing your order, please make an additional note telling us that you have a logo/photo and send the files to lipprints@suddenlinkmail.com. Please include your name in the subject line. Ie, “LipSense Order – Jane Doe, Gorgeous Lips logo and photo”

Can you customize an existing card for me?

Yes! Just give us a description or samples of what you would like when you place your order, and allow for an extra day of processing time on your proofs.

You customized another card for someone else – can I order those, too?

Sure! Just send us an image of the item or let us know who placed the order. If you want to use their photo, you will need to have written permission from them before we can print it out for you.

How do I purchase store credit for someone else?

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship within the US and Canada – other countries are not available at this time. Canadian recipients: please allow an extra day or two for your products to arrive and be aware that international shipping comes with duty & taxes. We are not responsible for paying these additional charges.

I received my order but I didn't approve my proofs yet. Did I miss something?

We email proofs of all customized items in your order. If we don’t hear back from you within 3 days of sending the proofs, we proceed to print your order. This ensures that you still receive your items if you miss the email and helps us process orders in an efficient and timely manner.

I decided I'd like to cancel my order. Will this be a problem?

Not at all – but please be aware that we have a 24-hour processing period. If you cancel after these 24 hours, you will be charged a $5 setup fee for the time we spent setting up the proofs on your order.

What is your return policy?

We don’t offer refunds on personalized items, and refunds are only available for the first 30 days after you receive your order. However, if something has been damaged or can be resold, we will return your money. Like other online services, our return policy requires that you ship your items back to us and that you are responsible for your freight charges. Please contact us to notify us of your refund request and address your package to:
